Maurice Calderon, our Senior Vice President, has more than 15 years of financial and business management experience. In particular, his strategic contributions to Toujours' accounting and management systems have enabled us to perform at a very high level.

Prior to joining Toujours, Mr. Calderon served as the corporate controller for Orange County Nursery, Inc., a multi-million dollar operation with two offices in Southern California, and another in San Antonio, Texas. At OCN, he spearheaded a thorough accounting conversion, complete with hardware/software upgrades. Additionally, he maintained the multi-office infrastructure and supervised staff training. During his career, he has excelled at managing the economic challenges of rapid growing businesses. He had implemented policies and procedures to ensure that the business could function properly in a high growth environment. He brings proven financial experience and a track record of leading the successful implementation of accounting systems, while streamlining the process.

Mr. Calderon shares an upbringing somewhat similar to Mr. Wang. He too began with a paper route at an early age; however his route was in the small town of Banning, California where he was raised. His parents taught him the importance of saving and further investing his profits. His father, of the same namesake, is a very prominent banker and tremendously active in the political arena of the Inland Empire of Southern California.
